Researcher profile
Forests worldwide face unprecedented pressures from climatic extremes, human-driven disturbances, and natural variability. How forests respond, whether they collapse, adapt, or thrive, will shape biodiversity, ecosystem services, and humanity’s ability to mitigate and adapt to climate change. My research explores the ecological and physiological processes underpinning forest resilience, with the goal of developing integrated frameworks to monitor forest health and risk, predict biodiversity change, and inform conservation, management, and policy.
